Reports will arrive directly to your email inbox once the plumber has completed their inspection (please check your spam folder if your plumber has sent the report but you do not see it). You will be able to provide any additional emails you would like the report to be sent to at the time of inspection by telling them to your plumber.
The report is broken into 4 different sections, one for each status. They will show up from top to bottom as: Requires Immediate Attention, Requires Attention, Checked Out OK, and Not Applicable. Each section will then be broken out into each room followed by the items in that room. Each item will contain the notes that the plumber left for that item along with any images/videos that the plumbers took.
If you are viewing the report on a computer then you can click the images/videos to view their full size versions and download them to your device.
The icons on the left will allow you to easily see which rooms and/or items are not yet complete for the inspection. The icons that can appear are as follows:
- If next to a room then all items within this room have been completed. If next to an item then the item has been completed.
- If next to a room then at least one item within this room has been marked as requiring attention but no image/video has been taken. If next to an item then the item has been marked requiring attention but no image/video was taken.
- If next to a room then at least one item within this room has not been completed yet. If next to an item then the item has not been completed yet.
There are 2 icons that can appear to the right of the rooms and/or items on the app that allow you to easily check what has been specified during the inspection. The exclamation point will allow you to easily scan through and see what status has been set for each room/item while the photo icon allows you to see which items have an image attached. The icons are as follows:
- If next to a room then at least one item within this room has the status Requires Immediate Attention. If next to an item then the item itself has the status Requires Immediate Attention.
- If next to a room then at least one item within this room has the status Requires Attention but none of them are marked as Requires Immediate Attention. If next to an item then the item itself has the status Requires Attention.
- Will only appear next to an item and it means the item has the status Checkout Out OK.
- Will only appear next to an item and it means the item has the status Not Applicable.
- Will only appear next to items and means the item has at least one image/video attached.
- Will only appear next to items and means the item has no images/videos attached.
You must fill out all items across all rooms before you can send the report. Please go through and verify every item has the correct status and images/video were taken for anything requiring attention, once they are all filled out then you should be able to send the report.
You can also look at the dashboard to see if any items are still syncing in the background. If you see a message at the top about items remaining to be synced then please wait for that to finish before trying to send the report.
The app features a background sync thread that saves all your updates directly on your phone then syncs them in the background to the server. This allows you to keep working even if you don't have a strong network connection and then everything will sync back up to the server once you get to a location with a stronger network connection.
